Therapy for Entrepreneurs
& Leaders

What It Feels Like Behind the Hustle

Being a founder, creative, or self-starter comes with a unique emotional weight:

  • You’re constantly “on” — even during rest

  • You second-guess every decision, even the ones that look bold

  • You struggle to separate your self-worth from your success

  • You’re exhausted, but don’t know how to stop

  • You feel lonely — even when surrounded by people

  • You quietly wonder: “Is this sustainable? Is this still me?”

You’re not broken — you’re burned out, overwhelmed, and emotionally overloaded.
And therapy can help you slow down, reconnect, and sustain your work without sacrificing your wellbeing.

Meet Your Therapist: Dr. Monika Sharma

Hi, I’m Dr. Monika Sharma — licensed psychologist and quiet champion for the ones who usually keep it together.

As a successful entrepreneur and solo mom on purpose, I’ve lived the paradox—outwardly accomplished, inwardly depleted. Over time, I recognized I was living through my roles, which led me off course from my true self. Stepping away from outdated patterns, I reconnected with what truly fuels me—and built a new, more meaningful rhythm for my 2nd half of life.

I work with entrepreneurs, visionaries, and high-achieving adults who are navigating the emotional complexity of leadership, business-building, and self-expression while striving for balance within themselves.

My approach is collaborative, provokes insight, and centers on your whole self — not just your brand, output, or performance.

This is a space where you get to stop performing and start being — so you can build your life and business from a place that feels clear, steady, and true to you.

You Don’t Have to Choose Between Impact and Inner Peace

Whether you’re launching something new or scaling something big, leadership brings up everything:

  • Old perfectionism

  • Deep fear of failure

  • Visibility hangovers

  • Imposter syndrome

  • Conflict avoidance

  • Chronic stress

This is normal — but it’s also a lot.
Especially true if you’re doing it all as a parent, a woman, a person of color, or someone from a system that was never built for your thriving.

In therapy, we make space for both:
Your vision and your humanity.

Common Questions & Objections

“What if I don’t have time for therapy?”

If you’re stretched thin, therapy might be exactly what helps you make time again — by helping you set boundaries, release pressure, and focus on what really matters. Think of it as an investment with the actual ROI you need.

Most of my clients feel this way at first. You’re used to being the one who figures things out. But being supported doesn’t make you weak. It makes you well.

Not at all. Therapy often helps high-achievers access deeper clarity, confidence, and creativity. It doesn’t soften your edge — it makes it sharper, safer, and more sustainable.
